INSURANCE AND PAYMENT

I am an in-network provider for CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield insurance plans.

For other insurance companies and plans, I am considered an “out-of-network” provider.  Many insurance companies provide substantial out-of-network coverage to their members and reimburse at a rate of 50-85% of my fee.  I encourage you to contact your insurance company to inquire about your coverage.

I require payment at the time services are provided.  I accept cash, personal checks or credit cards.
