I believe every person has the capacity to build a life worth living.  I provide psychotherapy in a safe setting where I focus on your unique history, experiences and goals.  Together, we will explore the past to better understand your current experiences.  We will make use of a number of therapeutic tools to achieve meaningful insight and change.  Ultimately, we will help you to create a life that feels intentional and authentic and in line with your goals.

 

My approach is integrative.  I incorporate both dynamic and cognitive-behavioral techniques.  I provide psychotherapy for adolescents and adults from diverse walks of life.  I have significant training in emotion regulation, relationship effectiveness, mindfulness, anxiety management and trauma-related work.
