Ultimately, we will help you to create a life that feels intentional and authentic and in line with your goals.
My approach is integrative. I incorporate both dynamic and cognitive-behavioral techniques. I provide psychotherapy for adolescents and adults from diverse walks of life. I have significant training in emotion regulation, relationship effectiveness, mindfulness, anxiety management and trauma-related work.
